Creative Visualization
(My 4 Step Strategy For Understanding And Implementing Creative Visualization!)
Presented by Eric Ardan

Let me tell you a quick story…

Hey Eric Ardan here, founder of Quick Quirks. Today were talking about creative visualization and the ability it has to influence our psychological, and social behavior.

I use visualization at least twice a day.

First is in the morning before I even get out of bed. I always take just a few minutes to give myself time to walk through how I intend my day to go.

I also like to re visualize my day before I go to bed. This gives the opportunity to go back over the day and at least in my head correct mistakes that I made. Or I try to celebrate the victories I had, if any.

Alright, lets get into this powerful method of attracting what you desire.

The Power Of Creative Visualization Lies In The Ability To Influence Our Psychological, And Social Behavior.

  • 1. Visual images
  • With this form of creative visualization, an image can be seen, voices can be heard and sometimes you even feel the effects. Most creative visualization involves visual images. When we imagine a beach or some form of water, we often see in our minds a beautiful coast, the sound of the ocean and if you are imaginative you can even feel the sand under your feet!
  • 2. Non-Visual Imagery
  • This is when there is no image formation in the mind. But all other senses together help one imagine. When a guitarist tunes his guitar or is shredding a solo lick from memory, it’s non-visual imagery which comes into play. He can hear the sound, feel the strings of his electric ax from just that he’s able to judge if everything is in tune or not.
  • Creative visualization has the ability to impact the way we think, react, and behave in every situation that may arise in our life.

6 Important Benefits From Creative Visualization.

  • For many people, their greatest desires are only distant dreams. They may want something, a lot. But they don’t understand how to work the creative process. They do not understand the benefits of visualization. The truth is that visualization offers many benefits, in this article we will discuss just six of these paradigm shifting benefits.
  • Benefits of Visualization # 1: Create the life that you imagine. Visualization is an incredibly powerful tool that can help you achieve whatever you desire out of life. If you can constantly imagine it, you can have it, do it, or become it. Whatever you want is yours. When you visualize something correctly, you become one with that thing you’re visualizing. You literally become the person you want to be with the same qualities, characteristics and experiences that you will have when you reach your goal.
  • Benefits of Visualization # 2: Let the Law of Attraction work for you. Through the Law of Attraction, which you put into effect when you visualize, you magnetize the things you think about this helps you reach your goal, and sometimes in the most amazing and under the radar ways. Visualization is the key to tapping into the powerful, ever-present Law of Attraction. It is a natural law of the universe and it provides things to use that are in direct accordance with your thoughts and feelings. Visualizing involves the universal mind, that divine part of you that is always available and unlimited in its ability to deliver people, circumstances, events, and resources that are in line with what you visualized. Visualization activates this great power.
  • Benefits of Visualization # 3: Energize your goals by planning it in detail. A wish has no energy. It is something you want, but it is also something that seems far away. One of the benefits of visualization is the ability to plan exactly what you want, in detail. It is this detailed description — your glorious vision with all its colors and shades that energizes and brings your purpose to life. Visualization turns a mere wish into a tangible goal that becomes a spiritual part of you before it can manifest on the physical plane. When you present your goal with so many vivid details, it affects all your senses. You turn what was once a distant dream into a live film, where you are the star of the show. This is the secret of secrets — the most important of the benefits of visualization. When you can already see yourself in possession of your goal, and you adopt the self-concept that you already have what you want, then the real magic begins to happen.
  • Benefits of Visualization # 4: Visualization is a proven way to create what you want. Everything starts as a thought. It is nothing more than a mental construction in your mind. It is your creative imagination through the visualization process that makes things real. Thoughts Become Things. Take every invention that we have come to accept as an everyday thing in our society. At some point in history, such a device never existed. A creative thought in the mind of the inventor was needed to imagine the possibilities before it ever blossomed. And now things like televisions, computers and cell phones are used all over the world every day.
  • Benefits of visualization # 5: Another of the benefits of visualization is that it reinforces your goals. You can’t just sit down and decide what you want and expect to get it. That’s like going to the gym once and expecting to stay fit throughout the year. You have to visualize your goal repeatedly to turn it into something so real that you can practically taste. It is at this point that your goal is around the corner. The
  • Secret is to see yourself already in possession by claiming ownership of whatever you are looking for. You do that by visualizing with sensory images. This is precisely what feeds your desire and makes your goal an inevitable destination.
  • Benefits of visualization # 6: The six and last major benefits of visualization is that it helps you Overcome Setbacks. Challenges and difficulties are part of life. No one is immune to obstacles. But you don’t have to let them beat you either. If you have a strong goal and work towards it every day, you have the power to do it, no matter what. When you encounter unexpected circumstances, simply regroup, refocus on
  • Achieving what you most desire. The more you visualize yourself in possession of your goal, the stronger this mental image comes to mind — the greater the chance that you will materialize it. Although visualization offers many benefits, some people hesitate to use this powerful creative process because they don’t know where to start. It sounds like such a complicated process, but nothing could be further from the truth.
  • Visualization is intended to be a peaceful enjoyable, relaxing exercise. It doesn’t have to be difficult in the least. Whatever you want, start visualizing it today. The benefits of visualization will soon become apparent to you and you’ll want to use this unbelievable power to accomplish one goal after another. Go for it! Whatever you want is within your grasp. But you’ve got to be willing to reach out and take it.

Stages Of Creative Visualization

  • 1. Image generation
  • This is where the image emerges. We begin to imagine and form a mental image, sometimes from memory, sometimes from fantasy and sometimes from both.
  • 2. Image maintenance
  • Here we try to keep the image alive. Our mind easily easily forgets. So this step is all about preserving and keeping the image alive in our mind long enough to actually see it.
  • 3. Image inspection
  • Our mind may be forgetful, but we pay close attention to detail. So the next step is a thorough inspection of the image to make it look as real as possible. This means that we compare the image with other mental images and our real experiences. (Yes … the ghost actually does all that. And here we thought only we multitask!)
  • 4. Image transformation
  • This is the last and most important step. Make it real. The image that was only part of the mind is now experienced by both the mind and the body. The effects of the footage, whether soothing, soothing, enlightening, etc., are all felt and enjoyed in the final step.
  • Creative visualization is much more difficult then most of us actually realize. The effects of an intense creative visualization session can often be an exhausting experience, physically and emotionally.
  • But when we do it, when we achieve creative visualization, we often are left with a sense of deep calm and serenity. Problems seem to solve themselves and we feel relaxed.

My Private Creative Visualization Files

  • There are hundreds of visualization techniques to choose from, but how many are Centered around the principles of success?
  • Take the positive thoughts and feelings you have trained to acquire them and then use them for the maximum benefit of your own personal well-being. You will be amazed by the results of these exercises and the speed with which they appear in your life!
  • “180 OUT”
  • One of the most powerful visualization techniques I have used is called the 180 OUT method. Most of us constantly imagine the same images and scenarios. Often from stale perspectives that no longer produce the strong feelings of excitement and joy that we are trying to achieve.
  • The solution is a simple shift in viewpoints with which the creative powers of your imagination pop up! Take for example a job in which you are stuck and you feel as if you have no actionable recourse of change.
  • You know that what you think and feel will only bring more of the same crappy feelings. It is hard not to feel like crap when you’re stuck at a job that makes you feel that way, regardless of what you are thinking about.
  • This is our natural “response” to our environment, which will only result in more of the same conditions! Instead, try to do a “180 OUT” meaning you turn your thoughts in the opposite direction.
  • Work makes you feel like crap. Visualize yourself doing a more satisfying job or as Mr. Goddard would say “LIVE IN THE END” with your feelings of freedom you desire. Walk to your car during your break and know that you are free to do this and to leave if you wish.
  • “Pretend”
  • Another outstanding visualization technique I use is what I call the “pretend” exercise. Imagine having your focused desire, not later, but as if you have had it all this time! Ask yourself:
  • “How would I feel if I already had my dream house?” Would I act differently? How would I behave in my new home? “ And examine these and other questions in your head.
  • Do a little bit of mental gymnastics and pretend you have what you want. This goes a long way towards increasing your creative skills, while adding some enthusiasm to your bag of visualization techniques! “Plan for success” Now, for the most part, visualization techniques require that you tune into the surrounding world and direct your focus inward.
  • However, this requires a bit of action! Once you have focused and practiced your desires to imagine that you possess them and record the corresponding positive feelings, you bring that mood back into your conscious world. Pretend you just received it and know exactly what you are going to do. If you imagine winning the lottery and that excitement is what you want, don’t stop there! Get out of your daydream and plan what you will do IF YOU already HAVE IT!
  • Imagine that you have just received your huge check for millions. What now? Where will you place the money? How are you going to invest? Do you need a broker? What about the insurance? Where are you going EXACTLY? Which vehicle will you buy first? As you can see, there is still a lot of work to be done! Go ahead and do the research now! Call, interview the bank representatives, discover what your options are and make a plan. Go at it with as much detail as possible and enjoy the whole process as if you really do win millions.
  • Because after all you ARE a Millionaire already according to your feelings. And it is your emotions that the universe interprets as commands, giving you more reasons to feel the corresponding emotions that you are spreading, whether or not they are “real”!

Examples Of This Framework In Action:

  • I used this very method to prepare myself to give the eulogy at my Dads funeral. The most terrifying thing on the planet is speaking in front of people. Visualization helped me to focus on the task at hand.

Conclusion / Final Thoughts:

  • Don’t wait until you have your desire. Plan its success before it arrives. This demonstration of faith is very positive for the subconscious mind and is a manifestation siren to the universe. In combination with your regular visualization techniques, success planning in advance will catapult your visions into experiences!

Next Steps:
